The return portal does not accept my order number?

The order number must be entered in the portal without the "PO" and "-01" and you must state the email address you used when placing the order.

In example, your order number might've been informed like this: PO34564-01 therefore the return portal will accept it as 34564 and with the e-mail address from your order.
