Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label document via the download button. This document consists of two pages:
- The first page must be printed and attached to the package.
- The second page is for FedEx and should be handed to the courier upon pickup.
If you prefer not to print the second page, FedEx can print it at their terminal before forwarding the shipment to the return address.
