I can't add more items to return via Returns Portal?

When you have already registered a return via Returns Portal, after you add your order number and e-mail you used to place the order again to it, the view on the Returns Portal will look like this.

The system will automatically offer you the already generated shipping labels, but if there is more items that you wish to return from the same order, just click the "+ Create" -button and you will be able to select other items from the order.

Then after your selections and reason for return your return request will be sent and you'll receive another shipping label once the return request is approved from our system.
