If you find the ordered product to not be of quality or it's quality has deteorited a lot in short amount of time, contact our customer service. In cases of complaints, include the following information in the email.
- Order number
- The name of the product
- Picture of the error
- Do you want a new product or a refund?
We always forward cases to the brand in question.
Complaints are always processed on a case-by-case basis and the expected lifespan of the product will be taken into consideration as well as the brand’s own procedures regarding complaints.
