When you register the return request, you can decide whether you want the refund amount directly to the original payment method or as a gift card to our online store. The view to choose the refund method on our Returns Center will look like this:
- Refund to a store credit
- You will receive a gift card to our store with the amount of the return. This will be sent to you via e-mail after the return is fully processed.
- Refund to original payment method
- You will be refunded to the payment method you used to place the order. If you have chosen invoice as a payment method, you'll find additional information here.
